Amberson-Baggett Band
That's Gonna Leave A Mark

Here's a pleasant Old School Southern Rock band, with Amberson Baggett Band's Anniston Alabama, with the great Michael Bagett with his two sons Luke Bagett on the bass guitar and Chris Bagett on the drums. At this family joins Ted Amberson on lead guitar and vocals. Their album is full of pride and joy and close to Lynyrd Skynyrd in its Ronnie VanZant era, with songs such as "High Time" to begin the record followed by "Have You Been There". It's more obvious on "Long Gone Blues" close to JJ Cale's "Call Me The Breeze" and Jimmy Rodgers' "T For Texas" the way Skynyrd played it. A great moment full of Southern Country Rock Country roots on "Satisfied (Live My Life)" and "Sweet Lady Blue". A healthy moment on the instrumental "Hay Ride" just like Dickey Betts knows how to play and where Michael Bagett shows how he can play. That's why we really want to hear again about that band with a better production.
