For many ones, the name of Ricky Lee Phelps doesn't recall anything but a few years ago, he was, with his brother, a member of the Kentucky Headhunters, right before he went to a solo career mostly religious oriented. Ricky is back to the country rock world with this album, "Sign of the times" and what a hell of an album it is with his powered songs such as "Shake it off", "John Deere letter" or "Signs of the times", and wih some more confidential moments "Sometimes" or "Love never fails".
